Mission and Purpose
TechStat (techstat.us) was created to promote open and transparent communication within organizations,
primarily from the technical teams to the business stakeholders. But TechStat can also be used
to improve communication across large technical groups creating awareness of projects, activities
and events that may impact different parts of the organization.
Sending the right message, with the appropriate detail, to the affected audience,
builds trust, confidence and respect.
